20 years ago, I lived in the Bahamas and had what I thought was the best job in the world when I worked for Royal Caribbean Cruiselines as scuba instructor, boat captain and tour guide. Today, my idea of what makes the best “job,” is much different from what it used to be. What is it for you? Has your answer changed over time? Most likely it has. On today’s show, I seek out the common characteristics of “the best job ever” – while on my summer vacation with my family.

What’s most important to you and why? Freedom? Fun? Family? Friends? Faith? Fulfillment? The answer to this question changes over time. Your answer at age 20 is probably much different than when you are 30 or 40 or 50, etc.

I’ll also share with you a free exercise to help design your “Perfect Day”.
